Fitness Class Descriptions

  • HIIT

    This class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It will help build cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. You will be challenged to push to you limits and walk out feeling strong and confident!

  • HIIT Reformer

    HIIT is a Lagree inspired fitness class, utilizing body building techniques alongside low-impact exercises. Although this class takes place on the Reformer it is not classical Pilates and is designed to get the heart rate pumping and the sweat pouring! We do recommend having prior knowledge of our normal reformer classes. This class will be a faster pace.

  • Barre

    Barre is a hybrid workout class combining ballet inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, and strength training. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements.

  • Pilates Mat

    Learn the principles and technique of Pilates with our Pilates Mat Class. A wonderful movement flow with detailed instruction with an emphasis on alignment and working your deep, stabilizing muscles.
