Reformer Classes

Pilates on the Reformer is a low impact form of exercise utilizing spring loaded resistance to target specific muscle groups, increase flexibility and range of motion, enhance and improve movement patterns, and prevent and rehabilitate common ailments and injuries. Pilates on the Reformer utilizes contemporary and traditional Pilates principles and exercises to condition the body to function optimally so you feel your best.

Reformer Class Levels

Our Pilates Reformer classes provide detailed instruction for the safety and wellbeing of all our clients. All Pilates instructors are certified in the technique. Classes are designed by level and experience.

Beginning Reformer - Ideal for those new to Pilates or rehabbing an injury

Reformer - This class is for all levels, from our beginners to our more advanced clients. The instructors are trained to be able to challenge all levels while also ensuring everyone is getting an effect and safe workout!

Reformer 1.5 - Intermediate level class building upon the dynamic and precise Pilates repertoire. Previous Pilates experience recommended.

Reformer 2.0 - This class requires prior experience of reformer Pilates. This class is is designed to help advance our clients in their reformer training!   

Reformer SRT - SRT (Strength Resistance Training) is designed for everyone with seasoned athletes and first timers working side by side. This full body workout will push you outside of your comfort zone, while offering both variations and modifications for those looking to make their workout more intense or manageable.
