Pilates on the Reformer utilizes contemporary and traditional Pilates principles and exercises to condition the body to function optimally so you feel your best.
Reformer Class Levels
Our Pilates Reformer classes provide detailed instruction for the safety and wellbeing of all our clients. All Pilates instructors are certified in the technique. Classes are designed by level and experience.
Beginning Reformer - Ideal for those new to Pilates or rehabbing an injury
Foundations - This class focuses on building a strong Pilates foundation through controlled movement, proper alignment, and core engagement. It's perfect for those ready to deepen their understanding of the Reformer and refine their technique. We recommend taking the Beginner Reformer class first to get familiar with the equipment and basic movements.
Reformer - This class is for all levels, from our beginners to our more advanced clients. The instructors are trained to be able to challenge all levels while also ensuring everyone is getting an effective and safe workout!
Intermediate -These classes further progress the building of precise and dynamic exercises with coordinated movements on the reformer using Pilates props to challenge stability and balance. This allows for a constant class flow in a harmonious and efficient way. Previous Pilates experience recommended.
Advanced - This class is is designed to help advance our clients in their reformer training! This class requires prior experience of reformer Pilates.
Reformer Athletic - This dynamic class goes beyond traditional Pilates reformer work, offering advanced sequences and challenging exercises designed to elevate your strength, stability, and athletic performance. Ideal for experienced reformer users, this session pushes your limits with complex movements that demand precision, control, and power. This class requires prior experience of reformer Pilates.
Reformer Sculpt - Reformer Sculpt is a dynamic and challenging class that incorporates the use of the reformer machine along with added weights to enhance muscle sculpting. This workout emphasizes strength, stability, and control, helping you develop a stronger core and improve overall muscle tone. This class requires prior experience of reformer Pilates.
