Private Sessions

Pilates privates are a wonderful way to target specific issues, questions & ailments, or to simply be introduced to the technique of Pilates. Private sessions provide the opportunity to dive deep into body patterns, injury rehabilitation & injury prevention through the mutual focus of both instructor and client in a meditative and attentive environment.
